Turn with me to the book of Matthew Chapter Six and just as you’re turning there, just letting you know, you’ll see on your seat.

Matthew 6:9-13 NKJV
In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

The title of my message this morning is called who’s your daddy? Let’s pray. Father I just thank you for your word. I just ask and pray that you help us to see you as you are. I thank you and praise you for that Lord in Jesus name. Amen.

Without doubt, this is the most famous prayer in scripture. The disciples came to Jesus and said, Lord, teach us how to play. Pray and he said, pray for therefore in this manner and he starts off he says, our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name.

I mean, you can kind of just stop there in some ways. I mean, there’s so much richness in that phrase. Our Father in heaven. This is Jesus saying, our Father. So, he is saying, not only is he my Father but he’s your Father as well. It also means that Christianity is not supposed to be lived in isolation.

He doesn’t say my Father. You know, some people, they become a Christian, they think, well, it’s just me and God and it’s just us. It’s not how it works. You become part of a family. That’s why it’s good to be part of a family. It’s good to be part of a local church. We are designed for the community. Our Father who art in heaven.

So, when you become a Christian, you don’t just become, you’re not a slave to the Lord, you’re actually a son and a daughter of the most high God. He is our Father and notice this is our Father in heaven which is awesome. You know, some people say, well, my father here on earth wasn’t very good but when you become a Christian, you get grafted into a new family line and so now you have a heavenly Father and he’s a good Father and he’s got good gifts for his children and he says. All through scripture, there are lots of different names for God. There are dozens of them. I remember years ago, I used to I had a book written by an evangelist. I don’t know if any of you remember a lady by the name of Marilyn Hickey. She had a book on the names of God and there were dozens and dozens of names it went through each name of God and each and every title that is given to God is actually a reflection of his character.

It’s not a throwaway name. So, every name that God is indicated in scripture, it delineates his character and his heart and his So, if it says He’s a name, it says, that’s what He does. That’s why sometimes, even in scripture, there were a couple of people in scripture where God actually changed their name. He said, you’ll now no longer be known as this but you’re going to be known as that because your name delineates your character and so here, all through scripture, God has got a lot of names that are signified through scripture and each one delineates his character and so today, I want to just talk to you about three of those names.

Jehovah Jireh

Three of those names in scripture indicate the character of the heavenly father, of our heavenly Father, the character of our God. The first one I want to share today is in Genesis 22:13-14.

Genesis 22:13-14 NKJV
Then Abraham lifted his eyes and looked, and there behind him was a ram caught in a thicket by its horns. So Abraham went and took the ram, and offered it up for a burnt offering instead of his son. And Abraham called the name of the place, The-Lord-Will-Provide; as it is said to this day, “In the Mount of the Lord it shall be provided.”

So, Abraham called at the place, the Lord will provide. One of God’s names is the Lord will provide. As some of you may have heard the other way that it is said, is Jehovah Jireh. The Lord will, the Lord who sees and provides. I don’t know if any of you have been Christian for a long time. I remember this song we used to have in Sunday school. It’s called Jehovah Jireh.

Do you remember it? Jehovah Jireh, my provider is with me. Anyway, so Jehovah Jireh is actually one of the names of God, the Lord will provide. The Lord sees, and he provides The reference to that scripture here is actually where God had previously come to Abraham and he said to him, I want you to take your son, Isaac, and offer him as a sacrifice to me. Now, you need to understand something. That was an absolutely massive issue.

I mean, he’d been believing God for many many years for actually a son and then, he actually had a son with a woman other than his wife and that son’s name was Ishmael and God said, this is not the son of promise and actually he calls and he asked him to put Ishmael and his mother away and so then, here he is. He’s got the son of promise named Isaac and God says to him, I want you to sacrifice him to me and so, he took Isaac and he went and went to this place called Mount Moriah and he established an altar there and he laid his son on it and was going to sacrifice him and then the Lord stopped him and said, no, no, stop.

Now, I know you won’t withhold your only son from me and he declares a blessing on him but he’s already created this place, this altar, a place, a sacrifice to the Lord. Then, all of a sudden, he hears the bleating of a ram. turns around and he sees this ram caught by its horns in the thicket. And then he said and they offered that as a sacrifice and said the Lord will provide.

Often very very often I use this ah story as a picture of how often God will provide for us. What that means is this. Just because you can’t see the provision doesn’t mean God hasn’t got it prepared for you. Just because you can’t you don’t know where the provision is coming from. Your God is a provider. It’s in his nature to provide. Very often in the Christian life, we come across a situation where we need provision. We don’t know where it’s coming from. That’s we gotta call on our heavenly Father. His name is Jehovah Jireh the one who sees and provides. He sees your need. He doesn’t close his eye to it but he’s also well able to provide for it. That’s why we serve a God who’s a god of supernatural provision.

I’m sure many of you have experienced this in the past supernatural provision. Where god has released provision that you needed, that you didn’t even see coming. Why? Because that’s his name. That’s his nature. That’s who he is. He’s our heavenly father and he is willing and able to actually provide for us. Told you the story before about one time when actually had a massive bill come in. It’s about four, well, for me, it was massive. Four and a half thousand dollars, Didn’t have the cash to pay for it. And I remember at the time I saw the date that it was due and I kept saying, you know, Lord, you know, I don’t know how I’m going to pay for this bill. I need you to pay for it and I remember leading into the week that it was due. I still didn’t have the finances for it and so, I come into I remember I was on a Wednesday. The bill was due on Friday and I remember thinking, well, this is it.

I just can’t pay this bill and at 7 o’clock at night, there was a knock on the door. I went to the front and there was a man one of my neighbours who lived down the street. His name was Bruce and he lived down the street and he just came to our house at seven o’clock and you know, he’s never been inside our house before and I’d seen him before. I knew him but he’d never come over before especially not at night and he knocked on the door.

I open it up and I said, hi, Bruce. How are you doing? And he just looked and then he just walked into the lounge room. I said, well, come in. Uh so, he came in and he’s just standing there looking around and I said, oh, come into the dining them. So, whenever the dining room, sat around the kitchen table, and I was thinking, well, why, why is he here, you know, and I said, hey Bruce, hey, how can I help you, mate? And he goes, oh, I was praying and just what God said, I gotta give you some money. Did I say, praise the Lord, how much? He said I’m not going to tell you what it is but if you give me your bank details now, I’ll transfer the money right now. Guys, do you know your bank details? I said, oh one four six seven six. I knew it off my heart. Like I was itinerary minister, man. You gotta know your bank details like that.

At any moment, anyone else and so, and so, on his phone, he punches the details and takes a while and thinks, come on, hurry up, mate. And he’s like, oh, they won’t let me do it all at once. I said, praise God. Uh, and so he punched it in. And then after, and then he got it done and he said, listen, it’ll bank I’ve sent you some money. I’m not telling you what it is but you’ll see it in the morning. I said, praise God. The bill that I had was four and a half thousand dollars and so, I woke up at 5 AM. Opened my bank account and there it was $5,000 for four and a half thousand I need and my $500 tithe.

Amen, and I didn’t know how to pay it. I didn’t see where it was coming from but I’m glad I’ve got a heavenly Father whose name is Jireh. He sees and he provides. He sees your need. He doesn’t close his eyes to it and he is well able to provide for it. That’s why in life, we need to have confidence as Christians. We should not be shaken like the world is. We should not be shaken like the world is around the economy. We should not be as worrisome as the world is.

Why? Because we have a heavenly father who is well able to provide. We were talking through the 21 days of breakthrough and we spoke a lot about the prophet, Elijah. Elijah had proclaimed the drought and the drought was so bad there was no dew on the ground. But even though there was a drought everywhere in the community he was still getting provided for. So he was at a place called the Brook Cherith and he was there. Every day God would send ravens with meat in their mouths and the brook was flowing. So what that tells me is it doesn’t matter what’s happening around us. God can still find a way to get it to us.

And then not only that what happened was the provision started drying up. The river stopped flowing and the raven stopped coming. Well, that’s not a sign that God’s going to stop providing. God spoke to him and he said, now, I want to send you to a town called Zarephath. There I’ve commanded a widow to take care of you. So, what does that mean for us as believers? Just because your regular source of provision is drying up does not mean God’s going to stop providing. That is not your source. He is your source and he will open up another avenue for you and I don’t know who I’m talking to today but I want to let you know, that your faith is not in your current source. Your faith is in your heavenly father.

He sees your needs and he’s well able to provide for it. That’s who your daddy is. Philippians four nineteen, it says this,

Philippians 4:19 NKJV
And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

You know, that’s the apostle Paul and he’s actually writing to the Philippian church. The Philippian church were heavy donors to his ministry and they were actually church from Macedonia, the Macedonian churches were known as being incredibly poor but he actually but they actually supplied his needs and then he said to them that as you do this, my God shall supply all your needs according to his riches. He’s saying it’s not according to mine but my god is well able to take care of you. Why? Because that’s his name. His name is Jehovah Jireh.

He is the Lord that sees and provides. We’ve even seen in the life of our church down here at this end of the Gold Coast. Property is going crazy and one of the scary things that can happen to you is actually to be left without somewhere to stay down here. And so we’re hearing it all through the community right now. The people are struggling to buy houses and people are struggling to rent houses. But we have found in the life of our church testimony after testimony, miracle after miracle of people able to get property. The worst one is trying to get a rental.

One of the members of our church was trying to find a rental and you know when you go to you know I don’t know if it’s still like this now but it was certainly was last year. You go and try and get a rental There are like 50 other people lining up for it and some people are willing to pay a year in advance cash to actually get that rental. And it’s really really hard to get into the rental market. And one of the members of our church their current place where they’re in it was explained. They needed to find their own place. And we’re going from place to place and getting incredibly discouraged and continuously knocked back.

Just before they were needing a place to live they went and found this townhouse. There are about 50 people lining up. They thought to themselves well here we go again. It’s going to happen for me. And then so they went and realized there’s so much competition. You know I don’t know if I’m going to get it. Little did they know that literally across the way in the same complex was somebody that was from the workplace where they were at. And that person actually oh and knows the owner of the apartment. So they spoke to the owner and they said listen this person here that’s coming. They’re a good person. You should give them the place.

And so one of the members of our church had you know had been unable to get somewhere the week that they needed it. Went straight to the top of the and went straight into a place and it was an absolute miracle. Why? Because the heavenly father is Jehovah Jireh. He is the Lord that will see and provide. Even Shaun and Jess coming down here. They’ve come down from North Queensland. It is a lot cheaper to live up in North Queensland. You sell a property up there. You might get like a garage or something here, you know? It’s almost impossible and they were saying we’re going to come down and find something. I said, okay.

Praying for you. Praise the Lord and that sort of thing. We found out late. We found that they found a place. They’re able to buy it themselves. They’re able to come. They’re absolutely gotta live down at Elanora bit hordy tordy, isn’t it? And God is doing great things in the midst of em and people all around are struggling. People all around find it hard to find a place but I’m here to let you know, that you have a heavenly father who is a provider. He sees your need and he’s well able to provide for it.

Now, I’m believing in you. If you’re in this place and you’re saying, well, I wish that would happen for me. You have a heavenly Father that sees your needs and as well able to provide for it. That’s good preaching Pastor Ben. Thank you. Now that is too late. Matthew seven verses nine to eleven says this.

Matthew 7:9-11 NKJV
Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!

He’s a good dad. Sometimes He sees your need before you even realise it. Remember when we lived in North Queensland and had a big block of land but I didn’t have a lawn mower. So I would go and borrow a friend’s lawn mower. A friend from church and I’d just go there every week and I had a little Hyundai XL. So you know you unscrew the lawn mower. Pick it up. Put in the boot and come back. I’d mow the lawn. Take it back and sometimes I put fuel in. Sometimes not and remember one time my dad came up and stayed with us. He says you needed to mow the lawn. I said yes no worries. I’ll go get Simon’s lawn mower and he goes, what?

I said I’m borrowing a friend’s lawn mower. He goes, you’re borrowing a lawn mower. He goes, I did not raise a freeloader and he said, what are you? And I just said, you know, so I just went to work, came home that day, brand-new lawn mower, mate. Victor two-stroke, mate. Just sitting right there because my father provided it. Apparently, compared to God, he’s evil. Jesus said he’s evil. My dad wouldn’t do that for me but you got a heavenly Father that’s even better than that. We need to lift up our eyes, take your eyes off your problems, and put our eyes on our God. He is Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who sees and provides.

Jehovah Ropha

The second one is this, the second name says in Exodus fifteen twenty-six.

Exodus 15:26 NKJV
and said, “If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.”

I’m the Lord who heals you. The second name of God is Jehovah Ropha. The Lord who heals. That’s his name. That’s his nature. That’s his desire. He’s such a healing God that sometimes he can’t help but heal. I love the story about when well I don’t love it but when Jesus was taken by soldiers to go and get tried. The night before he was crucified. And so the soldiers came and Simon Peter one of Jesus’ disciples grabbed his sword and chopped the ear of one of the guys who was taking Jesus, come and get Jesus.

And Jesus is quick as anything. Shot his hand out, put his hand over his head, completely healed. Why? No one believed him for it. He just did it. Why? Because it’s in His nature. That’s who He is. He’s a healing God. Sometimes we get worried about God’s will for healing. Matthew chapter eight verse two to three.

Matthew 8:2-3 NKJV
And behold, a leper came and worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.” Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

It says, a man with leprosy came before Jesus and said, Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean. Jesus doesn’t say, oh no, look, not today. I’m not feeling it today. No, Jesus his hand and touched the man willing. He said, be clean and immediately, he was cured of his leprosy.

You know, Jesus even healed people by accident. Bible tells us about a woman with an issue of blood. 12 years with the same issue. She said to herself, if only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well. And so she went and she pressed through the crowd and she touched the hem of his garment. He didn’t even realize. Power went from him into her and she was completely healed. And Jesus stopped and said, who touched me?

Who touched? He did it by accident. Didn’t even mean but his name is Jehovah Ropha and he’s such a healer. He can’t help it. I realized that there were times in this life when we pray for people and sometimes we don’t get the result that we want. But we should never twist our theology occurred into certain circumstances. It’s in His nature that’s who He is. It’s His desire. He’s actually a healing God. We’ve seen the people heal many many times and it’s just absolutely incredible. We’ve had testimonies all through our church. But the people that God has healed and we serve a God. That’s in his nature. That’s who He is. Sometimes healing is so much in his DNA that actually he’ll heal people even when it’s probably not the best for everyone.

A classic example of this is the story of King Hezekiah. We looked at that we looked actually looked at this story a little bit last year. King Hezekiah was a godly king and he’d had some ailments and so the prophet Isaiah went to see him and gave him a word. And the word was this. Get your affairs in order. You’re going to die. Imagine that. You know. You’re in the hospital. Ring up the church. Please can Pastor Greg and Janet come and visit me and come and visit you in hospital. They say, give me a word, pastors. Yep, you’re going to die. Uh, get your affairs in order.

Not a very encouraging word and so they, Isaiah gave him the word and walked out. Well, Hezekiah obviously was very upset. He turned to the wall. He said, Lord, you know how much I’ve done for you. And the Lord relented, it says, and out in the forecourt, the Lord spoke to Isaiah said, go back. Tell him he’s got 15 more years. 15 more years. Hezekiah was a godly king. When he died, his son Manasseh took over. Manasseh was the most evil king in the history of Israel. He’s actually the guy that essentially was the final deal-breaker for actually sending God’s people into captivity. That’s how bad Manasseh was. Manasseh was a shocker.

When Manasseh took over from Hezekiah, he was 12. So if Hezekiah Hezekiah had died, Manasseh wouldn’t have even been around. And I’m sure maybe when Isaiah said, get your affairs in order, God who knows all things, realize, you know, we’re going to save a whole lot of problems here. if we just let this guy go. When Hezekiah laid hold of him, he was such a healer. It’s such in his nature that he couldn’t help it. He says, oh, what the heck? Boom. 15 more years. Our God is a healing god. It’s in His nature and I want to encourage every single one of us that sometimes we allow disappointment. Sometimes, we allow delay. We allow all these things.

Past bad experiences stop us from believing what His word says and there’s no condemnation but I’m here to let you know. His name is Jehovah Ropha. He’s the Lord who heals. I got elevator music on it. Is that the sign for me to finish? You take over for five minutes and you start getting rid of me. The body’s not even cold, mate. Alright?

El Shaddai

And the last one is this, Genesis seventeen one.

Genesis 17:1 NKJV
When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless.

God almighty, El Shaddai. That’s almighty god. God of all-sufficiency. God of abundance. God of more than enough. His name is not El Tightwad. God of belly enough. His name is El Shaddai. God Almighty. God of more than enough. In this passage of scripture, the context is essential that God appears to ninety-nine-year-old Abraham and tells him that his wife is going to have a son. And he just thinks he’s just there’s just no way.

I mean after we already know that his wife Sarah was already pronounced barren. So, when she was younger, she was unable to have children and God waited. And now at the age of ninety-nine, he says it’s going to happen. I reckon that God waited so long because he wanted to make sure that when a miracle came, there was no argument about how it happened. Actually, it was God almighty, El Shaddai, who was able to do it. It doesn’t matter if your circumstances look like it can’t happen. It doesn’t matter past experience looks like it can’t happen.

When El Shaddai gets involved, God almighty, God of more than enough. There’s nothing that he can’t do. That is why as believers we need to make sure that, you know, one of the awesome things that God does is he takes people who’ve got nothing, who feel like they’re nothing and he takes them and does incredible things with their lives. That’s why the Bible says he uses the foolish things of the world to confound the wise.

That he can literally take you and when you put your life in the hands of El Shaddai, he can do incredible things in and through your life. That’s why it’s so important that we never ever say no to God. Because he could ask you to do something that you’ve never done, that you don’t think he can do, that no one else thinks you can do and still get you to do it anyway. Because he is El Shaddai, God of more than enough. He takes the foolish things of the world and confounds the wise.

I love the story about a church in America. It’s called Lakewood Church and was planted by the name of by man by the name of Pastor John Osteen. And John Osteen planted to the church pastored it for over 40 years and grit will be about 4,000 people and he was one of the great Bible teachers of the US and very famous Bible teacher and but then his health started failing him and so one week he knew that he wasn’t going to be able to preach that week. He wasn’t feeling well. Didn’t have anyone organised to preach. And so he thought he’d ask one of his sons to go and preach and his son’s name was Joel. Joel Osteen was basically the TV producer of the church. He was a cameraman.

Bible college out from Oral Roberts University and was not a public speaker. But he thought I should get Joel to come and preach and so he rang up Joel during the week. He said Joel I’m not feeling well. Would you preach for me? And Joel was so nervous and afraid of it that he said no no way and hung up on his dad and then his wife said to him Joel’s wife said to him listen you should start you know your dad’s unwell. He’s asked you to preach. He could at least do it. He said, okay and so he preached that Sunday.

I’ve seen the video footage of it and he gets up there and he says, hey, everyone. You need to get the recording of this message because you’re never going to see this again. Uh so he gets up and preaches and then, unfortunately, John Osteen’s health fails and he passes away. A search is conducted to become the new senior pastor of this significant church and in the meantime, the leadership of the church which I think was his mum said Joel, could you preach while we look for someone? So, in the meantime, Joel was preaching every week and in the midst of that, he felt the Lord say to him, hey, Joel, I actually want you to be the pastor of the church.

I can imagine him saying, me? I’ve got nothing and I can imagine the Lord saying exactly because he takes nothing, make something. So, Joel put his hand up and said, listen, I’d like to be considered to pastor the church and the search committees prayed about it and said, yes, doesn’t make any sense but okay and so the guy never preached before, takes over this very large, significant church in the United States. During the first 12 months of the church, Dubbo Church grew significantly growing to over 10,000 people. It’s now the largest church in one location throughout the United States and lots of jealous preachers on our look at Joel Osteen and say, that guy, he’s got nothing.

And I can imagine Lord saying exactly. Because He takes nothing. And He makes something. He’s El Shaddai. There’s nothing he can’t do. Nothing. There’s nothing too hard for the Lord. And when you put your hand in his hand there are incredible things he can do. That obstacle you’re facing that looks so big. That looks like such a mountain. Well, the Bible tells me the hills melt like wax in the presence of the Lord. There is nothing that can stand against him. You’re facing an obstacle in a lot in your life. Jesus said to speak to the mountain and it shall be removed.

That’s why we’re called overcomers. We overcome things. It doesn’t matter how big you’re obstacle is. It doesn’t matter how big your problem is. Your heavenly father’s name is El Shaddai. God almighty. There’s nothing that he can’t do. That’s why if your problem looks bigger than your god, your god is too small. Yeah. Because He is El Shaddai. God almighty. God of more than enough. God of abundance. There is nothing more powerful than him. There is nothing cannot do. Take your eyes off your problem and put your eyes on the Lord.

That’s why David says, I set the Lord before me at all times. I’m keeping my eyes on him because everything diminishes in his presence. Everything I think is so massive is nothing compared to him. That is our God. And so when Jesus says, oh Lord, hallowed be your name. All wrapped up in that is Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who sees him provides. All wrapped up in that is Jehovah Ropha, the God who heals. And all wrapped up in that is El Shaddai, God almighty. God of abundance. God of more than enough. Amen.

And maybe right now you’re in a situation where you’re saying I need one of those things right now from my father. It might be providing. It might be healing. It might be that there’s this thing that you’re facing right now and it looks so big. And you need to call upon the name of the Lord. If that is you, then we can invoke the name of our Heavenly Father. The Bible says that because of the cross of Jesus Christ, we can boldly approach his throne of grace. Why? Because He’s our father. You know, my office upstairs, some people call it the Holy of Holies, you know, isn’t right at the top there.

Just wanted to get an elevator 1 day. I can be in a meeting, the door will swing open. It’s usually one of my sons. Trying to raid the fridge. Asking for the credit card. Just budge straight on in. Now I don’t like that. It’s not good but he’s my son. You have a heavenly father that you can approach at any time. What is it you need today? What is it you’re believing for? Hallowed be his name. Maybe you need healing. Maybe you need provision. Maybe you need to overcome something. In just a moment I want to pray for you. And invoke his name.

So can I just ask you to close your eyes and bow your heads for a moment? If you’re hearing your saying, Ben, it’s me I need Jehovah Jireh. I need the provision of God. Maybe you’re looking for a property that’s a big issue right now. Maybe there’s just some of you, you just need the provision of god. Is that if that is you, just slip up your hand and say that’s me. I need the provision of God right now. Also, you can put your hands down. Maybe it’s healing. You’ve got an ailment. Got an issue. Might be lawful, might be life-altering, might be terminal, whatever it is. If that is you right with you, I slip up your hand and say that’s me. I need healing today. Jehovah Ropha, the God who heals.

And finally, maybe you’re facing this obstacle that looks so big. It looks so large. And you need to have faith that El Shaddai, God Almighty, can help you to overcome. If that is you right where you are, step up your hand and say that’s me. I need God almighty. one who lifted their hands and just lift your hands again. I want to pray for you right now. Father, in Jesus’ name, I pray for every person standing with their hand raised and I just thank you, Lord. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who sees and provides. You see their need and you’re well able to provide for it and I thank you for that Lord in Jesus’ name. I thank you, Lord. You’re Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals and I declare healing for every person in this place.

Deliverance from every ailment Lord God. I thank you for that father right now in Jesus’ name and I thank you lord you are El Shaddai. God almighty. God of more than enough. You are greater than any obstacle lord god and I declare that right now in Jesus’ name. We thank you, Amen.

You can put your hands down. Finally, notice this. Jesus says, our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. God can be, can become your Father. You can join his family. We are not born into his family. The Bible says that through Christ, we’re adopted into his family. So, we are all god’s creation but you become God’s child through Jesus Christ and all you have to do is turn and ask to become a member of his family. And so maybe you’re here today and you haven’t given your life to Christ. You don’t have a relationship with God. You’re not a member of God’s family.

You say how do I do that? You just ask. It’s as simple as the Bible says if you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth you will be saved. And so I’m just going to invite everyone just close your eyes for one more time. And if that is you you’re saying I want to give my life to Christ and I want a relationship with God. I want to become a member of God’s family. If that is you right where you are, slip up your hand and say, that’s me this morning. I want to have a relationship with Christ. I want to become a member of his family. All you have to do is ask.
